Taguspark – Porto Salvo, Oeiras

Taguspark, located in Porto Salvo (Oeiras), is one of Portugal’s leading science, technology, and innovation hubs. This business park is distinguished by its concentration of multinational companies, research centers, and academic institutions, fostering innovation, collaboration, and sustainable development.

With approximately 360 hectares and 129,532 sqm of offices, retail, and services, spread across multiple buildings, Taguspark is a large-scale business ecosystem, hosting around 190 companies, making it one of the largest and most dynamic business centers in Portugal.

This project began in partnership with PT in 2008, a collaboration that continues today. The initial phase included a comprehensive audit of the technical infrastructure conditions, with cogeneration management representing a major challenge.

LMSI – Engineering is responsible for the maintenance and operation management of 22 buildings within Taguspark, ensuring efficient infrastructure performance and continuous asset enhancement.

Our intervention includes:

• Technical operation of buildings with ongoing coordination
• Technical operation of buildings with ongoing coordination
• Energy Management Technician (TGE) services, ensuring monitoring and efficiency

Operations are carried out by a team of 2 engineers and 1 operations and maintenance supervisor, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to each building and client.
