Colombo Shopping Centre – Lisboa

The Colombo Shopping Centre is one of the largest shopping centers in the Iberian Peninsula and a benchmark in Portugal’s retail sector. Localizado na cidade de Lisboa, destaca-se pela sua dimensão, diversidade de oferta e elevada atratividade comercial.

With approximately 114,000 sqm of Gross Lettable Area, it includes over 300 shops, dining areas, leisure facilities, and services, positioning itself as a key shopping and entertainment destination.

LMSI – Engineering is responsible for the maintenance and operation management of the shopping center, ensuring high performance levels in a large and technically complex asset.

Our intervention includes:

• Maintenance management
• Technical operation of the center
• Utilities management
• Management and monitoring of retail fit-out works
• Support and monitoring of investment projects
• Technical/operational management of Safety and Environment activities, in line with ISO certifications
• Energy Management Technician (TGE) services

Operations are supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary technical team, aligned with the scale and complexity of the asset.
