With approximately 14,400 sqm of office space across 8 floors, the building offers modern, flexible, and efficient spaces designed to meet the needs of demanding corporate users.
LMSI – Engineering is responsible for the building’s maintenance and operation management, ensuring the efficient performance of all technical infrastructures and the continuous enhancement of the asset.
Our scope includes a comprehensive Facilities Management approach, namely:
- Technical operation of the building, with continuous coordination and monitoring
- SMART Maintenance, focused on intelligent preventive maintenance and continuous equipment optimization
- Energy Management Technician (TGE) services, ensuring energy monitoring and efficiency
- Electrical Installations Responsible Technician (TREI) services, ensuring legal compliance and safety
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of systems (HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, and security)
- Incident management and rapid response
Operations are carried out by a dedicated on-site team, composed of a Contract Manager Engineer, responsible for overall coordination and client interface; an Operations and Maintenance Supervisor, responsible for planning and control; and one maintenance technician, ensuring permanent presence and responsiveness.
