With approximately 8,400 sqm of office space across 7 floors, it stands out for its contemporary Project Coordinator architecture, flexible layouts, and high standards of comfort and efficiency.
The building also includes commercial spaces on the ground floor and underground parking areas.
Since 2010, LMSI – Engineering has been responsible for the full maintenance and operation management of the building, delivering Facilities Management services focused on efficiency, reliability, and asset value enhancement.
Our scope includes:
- Technical operation of the building with continuous monitoring
- SMART Maintenance, ensuring intelligent preventive maintenance
- Energy Management Technician (TGE) services
- Electrical Installations Responsible Technician (TREI) services
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of systems (HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, and security)
- Incident management and rapid response
Operations are supported by a dedicated on-site team, including a contract manager engineer, an operations supervisor, and a multidisciplinary technical team, ensuring permanent presence and high responsiveness.
